Visit Sign up and register with an email and password, or use Continue with Google. We pick a public username for you automatically. You can change it later in your profile. Your username is shown next to your comments and photos; your real name stays private.

Use the forgot password link from the sign-in screen. We’ll email you a one-time reset link. The link expires after one hour for security.

Open the listing page and click Claim this listing. You’ll be asked for a short proof-of-ownership blurb (e.g., a business email that matches the listing, an official social media account, or a photo of signage taken on-site). An admin reviews every claim manually. You can track the status under My listings.

We aim to review pending claims within 3 business days. If you don’t hear back, double-check the spam folder for the notification email or contact us via the help page.

Yes. Submit a new claim with stronger evidence. The denial reason from the previous review is usually a hint about what to add. If you believe the denial was a mistake, reach out via the contact page.

Once approved, an Edit button appears on your listing page. You can update the description, hours, contact info, and other fields. Changes go live immediately. Every edit is kept in an audit log so we can roll back vandalism or accidents.

Only one approved owner per listing at a time. If your business changes hands, the new owner submits a fresh claim and our admins handle the transfer.

Sign in, open any listing, and click Upload photo in the gallery section. Photos appear alongside the existing crowdsourced photos. Please only upload images you took yourself or have permission to share.

Sign in, scroll to the comments section on any listing, and type your message. Comments are public, attributed to your username, and visible to anyone visiting the listing.

Click the flag/report icon on the comment or photo and pick a reason (spam, harassment, off-topic, inappropriate, or other). An admin reviews every report. Removal is post-moderation, so well-behaved comments and photos appear immediately and bad ones get hidden after review.

Visit My account and scroll to Delete account. We’ll remove your profile, password, and any pending claims. Your past comments and photos remain visible but anonymized (no username attached). This action cannot be undone.
