By creating an account on Canada Pickleball Courts (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; deletion is permanent.
Registered users may submit claims to manage listings for venues they own or operate. Claims are reviewed by our team and may be approved, denied, or revoked at our discretion. We may require evidence of ownership and may reverse any owner-made edit that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.
When you post photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”) you grant Canada Pickleball Courts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service.
You agree not to post content that:
User Content is published immediately and moderated after the fact. We may remove or hide any content, suspend accounts, and revoke listing ownership at any time and without prior notice, including in response to user reports.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Court information is aggregated from public and user-submitted sources and may be incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canada Pickleball Courts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
